When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons or promotional periods, please allow up to 4 business days for processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, and 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage collections typically come with a 2-year or 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Specific warranty duration can be found on each product page.
How do I clean my CALPAK luggage or bag?
For hardshell luggage, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric bags, spot clean only. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges to preserve the finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may initiate a return once the package arrives.
